The designer was able to take the images I posted as inspiration, details about the local community and create the perfect logo. The designer made changes as requested in a timely manner and worked until the logo was perfect.

Great job and was willing to work with me even after his design had been selected as the winner.

Who are you known as?
11th Street Lot
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I'm launching my own boutique marketing/publicity agency that will provide services primarily to films, film festivals, non-profits and lifestyle brands. The logo should NOT rely on the film element, but a nod to this would be a nice touch.
Could also reference "Eleventh Street Lot" rather than the numerical, or 11th St. Lot, abbreviating "street" (with or without the period), where appropriate. It would hopefully communicate that "11th Street Lot" references a place, albeit an imaginary one, where artistic and exciting work happens.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

Other color requirements
I appreciate logos with meaningful, thoughtful pops of color, rather than over-doing it.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I like that there's an iconic graphic included with the text.
One strong pop of color is great.
I would love a graphical element that can work as an avatar for social media accounts, etc. I'm open to color ideas, though I lean toward neutrals to offer a more crisp look, perhaps with a key pop of color. The name of my agency was inspired by a line from the musical RENT. Something that channels an NYC vibe could be cool.
