sharell got their new logo design by running a design contest:
BOLD, unique, distinct, classy and memorable logo for Blue Ribbon Communications
Check out sharell's Logo design contest…
Blue Ribbon is a communications company specializing in B2B copywriting and RFP strategy and development. We help businesses grow by effectively communicating their brand and/or creating strategic and creative RFP responses. My target audience is C-level/Executive business owners (mostly men, some women) who are typically CEOs are VPs of Sales and/or Marketing. They are responsible for bringing in new business for their professional services firm (i.e. engineering, architecture, construction, staffing, debt collections). Typically between the ages of 30-55 with minumum of a Bachelor degree and oftentimes specialty certifications. Very confident, sharp and assertive professionals who value family time. The logo has to IMMEDIATELY grab the attention of very busy high-level professionals.
Other color requirements
Dominent colors are Blue: 100, 70, 0, 25 and Green: 58, 0, 88, 0. Can use black/gray for supporting colors but don't have to.
I would love for the words "Blue Ribbon" to be prominent. If "Communications" is included in the design, may be best below the words "Blue Ribbon" or to where it doesn't stand out much. Blue Ribbon as two seperate words - not one word. I do not want to see an award type of image unless it is very abstract and modern. Would love to incorporate and image somehow - maybe could try one with the letter "I" made of ribbon in the shape of a writing utensil. Also, could possibly incorporate something that looks like a spiral bound flimsy document which is how written proposals (in response to RFPs) typically are submitted. Attached are some samples, but would love to see other creative outside of the box ideas. LOGOS WITHOUT INCORPORATING A RIBBON ARE VERY MUCH WELCOMED AS WELL. 😊
