VikaR are looking to create a timeless brand, we are headed to becoming Australia's first live VR/360 broadcaster and want to communicate our prominence in the market through our brand.
The design should be entertainment focused, mainly focused towards a male 25-35 demographic, with a secondary demo outside of those ages. This is also for woman however interest in VR is currently male orientated.
VikaR name is reflective of ‘living vicariously' in VR, and giving a truely unique experience for the people that use our service. We are a pay per view or subscription service that could be likened to Netflix or a cable TV network.
Overall the design should be easy to recognise, easy to transfer on merch products or branding platforms, and be a strong representation of what a broadcasting company is.
We do not want to go too "futuristic" as we believe it contradicts the service as being a simple and enjoyable experience. VikaR is always live, and always engaging!
We currently like a simple logo approach, if VikaR can be made into a strong enough logo itself, we may not need an icon to integrate with it.
This side of things is a big unknown for us. We know what we like with other logos which we’ve attached under references, Foxtel, channel 7 city of melbourne are all logos that are recognisable.
