Design a Descriptive and Sharp New Logo for a Financial Planning Firm that Specializes in Retirement Income

Hello,
My company name D.R. Martin and Associates is my initials and last name and I would like to exploit my name and what it implies as a brand which I have listed below.
The primary use of the logo will be on my website, business cards, and marketing collateral to grow and secure business as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER specializing in retirement income for existing clients and prospective clients. Our clients are typically over 50 years of age. On a secondary not it will be used to attract candidates join our team and work at the firm.

We are leaning toward a logo using the symbol of a tree or other organic or abstract symbol that professionally conveys:
• Higher Standards
• Results Oriented, Smart Solutions
• Technical Ability, Competence, Expertise
• Clear Direction, Strategic Guidance, Experience
Growth, Prosperity, Bright/Secure Future.
Harvest, Bounty

The logo should also convey what we do as a firm symbolically, please review the narrative below for background.

We aren't looking for a logo that incorporates our initials but rather what we provide the client. We are trying to differentiate ourselves so we are not looking for anything overtly stock market/or business associated.

The logo should include the words:
Financial Planning
Investments
Insurance

The differentiators of our planning services are:
1) Income distributions in retirement composed mainly or entirely of interest in retirement.
2) The execution and accountability for the long-term income plan we create.

I have included a synopsis of our narrative for your information to assist with the design of the logo.

This income generating approach we use is analogous to an orchard or fruit-bearing tree. Much in the way an orchard can grow an annual crop of fruit our planning approach is designed to produce a recurring annual crop of dividends and interest from our client’s savings. Like the way the owner of an orchard can live off the fruit the orchard produces, our investors can live off the income produced by their savings and grow the income year over year. Our strategy works the same way, by using a portion of the income the savings generates for current living expenses and reinvesting undistributed earnings which grows the income our clients have to spend. Think harvest over springtime.
