promoting solar farming in Colorado

promoting solar power to the public.
What's your vision?
The theme of the artwork is promoting solar power in Colorado. We're picturing this kind of angle and viewpoint overall: https://tech.cornell.edu/uploads/galleries/_full/Campus_from_SW.jpg But with a broader image that would take in approx. 5-10 mile square area. Much of the content of the art would be showing solar panels, with the panels stretching on back to the horizon. It's a solar farm with some buildings that would be for research and for retraining of people transitioning into a career in solar farming. There would be a sort of solar farming museum for tourists, and the plan is that this facility would also function as a state park. We don't want very fancy buildings, as we imagine this as a government project, but we'd like buildings that are modern, attractive, and blend in with nature as much as possible. We would also like pathways running in around the solar panels, showing tourists visiting the farm and learning about it (maybe including small plaques of information available for tourists to read.) There should be text that says "Solar State, Colorado" somewhere on the artwork, similar in font style to this, in maybe sunny orange, gold colors: https://www.google.com/search?q=pleasantville&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiIt4O_tMbVAhUBXWMKHeQmAF0Q_AUIDCgD&biw=914&bih=718#imgrc=Zj-yRB7FO8PwfM: The background setting of the solar farm should look like the San Luis Valley in Colorado. Here are some photos: https://www.google.com/search?biw=914&bih=718&tbm=isch&sa=1&q=san+luis+valley+colorado&oq=san+luis+valley+&gs_l=psy-ab.1.0.0j0i67k1j0l2.3735.3735.0.5818.104.22.168.0.0.0.448.448.4-1.1.0....0...1.1.64.psy-ab..0.1.447.1CFRz_xiqY0 With long solar panels similar in appearance to these: https://www.google.com/search?q=solar+panel+farm&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwio2rnEw83VAhVJw1QKHQ6QC-kQ_AUICigB&biw=1044&bih=729#imgrc=XzeXgiYtJ8DIWM: https://www.google.com/search?q=solar+panel+farm&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwio2rnEw83VAhVJw1QKHQ6QC-kQ_AUICigB&biw=1044&bih=729#imgrc=fHPPDSsT93FuHM: It doesn't have to be precisely as I described, since we realize the cost factor of that kind of artwork. We are on a tight budget. Overall, the idea is to present solar farming as a practical, productive, and natural alternative, and set it appealingly in a beautiful landscape.
We would like to emphasize that the focus of the art should be on the solar farm and not the city. We would like an open landscape, the solar farm in the valley, the mountains in background. Thanks.
