Eroica - California attracts vintage and new (Novo) new bike riders from all over California, US and World. This ride takes place in 8 countries every year.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Eroica - California is the only ride with an ocean view so that is being requested to be played up in the poster design. You can use your imagination to add as much detail as you can.
The illustration should feature two riders, Lucciano and Wes (pictured below) on their own bicycles that are in motion and riding along the scenic coast of California HWY One from Cambria south to Cayucos. Lucciano and Wes should each be on their own bike. Details with vintage clothing and googles hats and shoes are needed. Lucciano should be in the front and Wes should be slightly behind Lucciano. We would like to see riders in the distance behind the two main guys being featured with two of the riders possibly on a tandem bike. We like to create a scene that shows the lifestyle of the Central California region. Green hills, ocean, sunshine. This region has oak trees, pine trees and an occasional palm tree. We'd like to see a surfer in the distance of the ocean.
The build to size is: 24" x 36" Vector is preferred but with a cartoon style characters. Coloring for bikes and clothing should be vintage tones. We want to capture a fun spirit with the riders as this is a very endurance race.
The logo Eroica California needs to be prominent and we need to leave a white bar for sponsor logos at the bottom that will be in two or three horizontal lines.
Text that will need to be included on the poster are:
THE BEAUTY OF FATIGUE AND THE THRILL OF THE CONQUEST Eroica - California Logo A RIDE TO THE OCEAN April 14 - 15, 2018 Paso Robles, California
