We are a non-denominational Christian based church

I am looking for a logo, slogan or a combination of the two that reminds our members that anytime we are talking about reaching our community for God, that we are actually talking about building up and equipping the church (members) to be actively involved in reaching the community for God. I describe it like a baseball game. The actual game is like living in the world and trying to win people, who have stopped going to church or do not know Jesus, for God. Like in baseball, before you can into the game of reaching people for Jesus "church life, " the church ministries, help equipping people, empowering people is like the baseball draft, the practice, exercise, sometimes medical treatments, the warm ups are all essential before you get into the real game... So I am looking for a logo, slogan etc...that reminds our members of this.
