pmessias got their new icon or button by running a design contest:
Update an existing icon for a Mac OS X Application

What's your vision?
We're looking to have a Mac OS X application icon set reworked from an existing old design. We are happy with the existing design as a concept, but need it redrawn (better) and in larger sizes (1024 x 1024, 512 x 512, 256 x 256) as well as smaller sizes (128 x 128, 64 x 64, 32 x 32, 16 x 16)
The color green is part of the application's identity, so that should stay. Honestly, we are happy with the overall existing concept, but if someone really wants to be different, we could (possibly) be open. The software is for generating HTML documentation out of programming source code. Not a lot of exciting concepts to work with :-) I like a little depth in the designs, not so flat. I'd like to stay away from the "squared iOS" look that is becoming popular these days. The second attached picture is an example of a document icon, to go along with the first image of an example application icon. (The primary application icon should not look like a document)
