Travel Deals Website Needs a New Design - Creativity Welcomed!

InsiderTrips.com is a website devoted to providing users with a up to the minute listing of travel deals, promotions, all inclusive packages and much more. We search the web for the best travel deals and then list these deals on our website.

As you can see, our site is organized by geographical categories.

We see our website as offering a value proposition for visitors, where they can easily and quickly find deals that they might be interested in purchasing. We also are connected to many of the social sites such as facebook and twitter.

Our target audience varies tremendously. Essentially it comes down to people who are looking for a vacation, yet who are looking to get a deal on their travel. Therefore, it is probably not the upper level income type of individuals who are using our sites, yet more of a middle income class level type of individual.

The current design was created with simplicity in mind, and we would like to keep it simple, yet we are looking to make the site a bit more appealing and user-friendly. Something which would give the user a bit of an easier time figuring out what it is that we are offering. Also, we are thinking of trying to create a subscriber list, so a section which could fit a subscriber type box would be helpful.

We are looking to keep a simple feel to the site. Sites like travelzoo.com and travel-ticker.com are similar type business models to our site, so please examine these websites to get more feel for the industry.

I think the AOL design is probably the closest to what we're looking for, but I'd also like the categories to be very explicit to the user. I also want the look to be very happy, and inviting to the user, because we are a travel oriented site, so something in which the user is likely to come back.

We are certainly open to any ideas and suggestions but ultimately we'd like something which will really let visitors remember our brand and website. Creativity and entrepreneurial ideas are certainly welcomed!!!

Our site is built with Wordpress as a backend, so we need a theme which would be compatible with Wordpress.
