WHAT WE DO- We’re a fresh foods company from Texas that focuses on “Connecting Chefs To The Farm.” We’ve been in business since 1943…75 years next year! We are looking for a 2017 Christmas card design with a very rustic and Texas feel. Hardie’s stands for fresh and are connecting our customers with the freshest foods available. We are authentic, vibrant, friendly and Texas. We use a lot of black and white in our logo, but are open to black, white, red, and green for our card theme- we’re also open to new ideas! Check out our brand guidelines to see more. The ideal card should be a nod to the Hardie’s brand and incorporate our logo somehow.
This card will be sent out electronically, so movement to the card is encouraged. Another option for a card is to have a front and an inside that comes out of an electronic envelope (that can be used in http://www.greenvelope.com or a similar).
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
This card will be geared towards a very male-driven audience and industry. Hardie’s Fresh Foods carries anything from fruits, veggies, proteins, dairy, and gourmet items. Our buyers are professional chefs, aged 35-40, with an eye for design. Many pride themselves on tattoos and restaurant experience. They are attracted by fresh, local, and organic flavors. We would love to see fresh foods used in the design…fresh herbs are a great way to incorporate the Christmas feel into the card! Must be a Christmas themed, may not say “Happy Holidays.” Must must must be a “Merry Christmas” card.
