MyTilez
We are a software development firm working for a client with an amazing and intuitive organizational product for several mobile platforms.
Target audience is the mobile phone demographic that purchases applications for their devices. Business men and women, private individuals, anyone with a lot of data.
The logo needs to incorporate the name of the application (MyTilez) maybe in Metro font or something similar. It should be simple and elegant, yet modern. The application is very simple, elegant and intuitive and has a very symmetrical layout and feel to it, so the logo should be all of those things as well.
Basic design of the app is a grid of tiles that store data, and there are layers of grids beneath each tile that exist in a hierarchy.
Previous examples which the client did not like were multicolored and had tile graphics to one side or the other of the title which threw off the balance of the design when implemented where the title is in the example screen shot.
