Green eye on the horse (iridescent preferred). Red dress on woman. Light brown hair like the picture. I'm open to new ideas though.

I like the detail given to the border on this. And the words in the ribbon.
Simple but could have a steam punk vibe.

My idea is to have a play on the word "horsefly." Instead of a fly, I'm thinking it would be cool to have a horse with a green iridescent horsefly eye. The horse would have horsefly wings with a tinge of green. Riding the horse side saddle (no saddle) is a late 1800's style madam looking beautiful and playful. Steam punk and edgy.
