Maascha is a unique brand of designers and manufacturers of best-quality protective masks for men and women looking to keep themselves and their fellows healthy and well put together. Our name, Maacsha derives from a Medievel Latin term, but masks have been used since long before. Cave men used masks for both sorcery and festivity. The Europeans of the Rennaissance used them for Carnival. The Theatre has used them as a signature. And now, in the 21st Century, we use them to face enormous unexpected challenges. Still, the mask is the face that protects who we are inside. This is the face of our courage. Of our endurance. Of our hope in the future and our caring for one another. Our special face coverage collections are effectively protecttive but never binding. Crafted for safety and comfort, they are also liberating. Both function and style are geared toward the mood of confidence. Our top-notch designs, fabrics, colors and prints add versatility to a bold and powerful message, studio to street. The Maascha philosophy is based on the American-stated concepts of freedom and the pursuit of happiness. We are committed to accomplish, in every single one of our protective face covers, a perfect fusion between practical protective measures and aesthetics. We will survive, and rebuild.
1. Should communicate: positivity, quality, and confidence. A little touch of “every thing’s going to be ok” wouldn’t hurt. 2. Color considerations to address once a linear blk/white/gray design has been approved; would like to achieve line art before responding to an immediate rush of feeling per color(s). Open to color suggestions per brand requirements. 3. Logo may consist of brand name and/or additional element(s) to function as part of larger brandmark. 3. Logo can be the stand-alone word, Maascha in the form of a type-driven mark without additional support, or may include supporting design element(s). Ex. 1. The word “Maascha” stands alone 2. The word “Maascha” appears with our interpretation or iteration of theatrical mask(s). OUR RECOMMENDATIONS AND A PROPOSED APPROACH/SOLUTION: Elegant, thin, clean typography with room to breath (using widely spaced kerning; see “Sisley” and “Sandro” brands) with just a touch of personality or added mark for branding device purposes. Here, a simple mark above the “a” subtly suggests a mask, and a smile.
