Top notch. Every. Single. Time. Have collaborated on numerous typesetting and design book projects with Llywellyn and will continue to do so. Her communication, creativity and professionalism are outstanding. Highly recommend.
Will definitely work with again

I'm a novelist
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I'm looking for cover art for my novel. To explain what I envision I need to first explain part of the book. My heroine is rather overweight and one evening she sees herself on the news in one of those stories about how Americans are becoming more and more obese. But you know how they always portray the obese on news TV -- it's usually just from the neck down. In my heroine's case, she's portrayed from about the nose down because she's eating a hot dog (with every possible condiment on it). So what I'm picturing is a close up of a woman's face from the nose down, in the process of consuming a hot dog. She's caucasian and has curly brown hair and is wearing a royal blue sweater (although there is no need to include the sweater or anything else from the neck down unless you'd like to). Her multiple chins should be apparent, but I don't want her to seem grotesque. She's cute, but fat. She happens to be eating the hot dog while standing on a sidewalk in San Francisco, but there's no need to have SF in the background unless you'd really like to (I'm completely open to ideas here). Perhaps just a colored background would be fine. I'd like the title of the book -- "Bigger" -- at the top and near the bottom I'd like it to say "a novel." Then a little lower it should say: "By Erin Mayes." I'm open to a variety of fonts and colors and am even open to all the lettering being lower-case or upper-case. I like purple but it certainly doesn't have to be purple. I'd like it to be sort of bright and fun and eye-catching. The novel is meant to be sort of funny, although it has its more serious moments. I'm attaching a photo I own of someone eating a hot dog which you can certainly use if you'd like, although I would like it cartoonized if you decide to use it, and the chins should perhaps be exaggerated.
