We educate investors on how to invest outside of the stock market. Primarily we are showing them how to buy into commercial real estate-office buildings, hotels resorts, golf courses, etc.
We show people how to lend to commercial building owners with something called a bridge loan.

Title: A Bridge Over Troubled Wall Street
Subtitle: How to Avoid Wall Street
and Beat the Banks
Author: Best-selling Author Stephen Gardner
Foreword by Mark Maiewski
I show investors how to leave the risk of wall street. I educate them on how to use bridge loans to give commercial building owners 12 months loans to improve upon their property. We are showing people how to earn more than the bank can offer.
The book is most for clients age 50-75. These are professionals like doctors, lawyers, teachers and business owners. Any images used should reflect the type of readers we're trying to attract.
I don't want any crazy cover artwork like dollar bills falling from the sky.
I can't decide if I want images or the shadow people or just words. I'll need to see options. I am thinking some way of saying Wall Street is risky or scary. There are people crossing a bridge to a better place with real estate. Maybe Wall Street is a filthy river or a road that is reaching out to bite someone just as they are getting on the bridge. I'm not certain what colors either. I know different shades of blue build trust.
NO black background. It shows finger prints when clients hold it.
I'm including a book cover I liked that uses shadow people. Maybe there is a professional man helping the last person on to the bridge before Wall Street gets them. Be creative, but know this is used to educate baby boomers on money and retirement. They are serious about the subject.
What I want is a simple, professional design. I want it to look like it belongs on a best seller rack at Borders.
