pyd building needs a new banner ad

pyd is a destination for interior designers as well as home decorators or simply customers who need to update their homes with furniture and accessories. You will find all the elements you need for your home's interiors - from furniture, bathroom accessories and lighting to carpets, children's rooms and even door knobs. Situated in Sydney's now- fashionable Waterloo, it's a unique destination, with 9 market-leading names under one roof.

We need to have a design for 2 different media. Online and print. Print media ad size is a T24 = Depth 9.2 cm +bleed Width 26 cm +bleed (HORIZONTAL) Online media ad 1 size 280px wide X 210px high, max file size 30kb, Online media ad 2 size 300px wide X 250px high, max file size 30kb, for Online media we need both static image and animated gif or flash ad The aim of the ad is to bring people to pyd building for their home design shopping. we have 9 very different retailers that target different clientele, some target designers and some target the general public, so the ad has to be somehow generic, catchy and appealing with a call to action. for reference visit pyd.com.au main colours are white red and black, but that does not mean that we need to stick with them, although consistency would be appreciated.

attached are the pyd logo on white and black background and the some FP print adverts and T24 adverts we have run in the past but which WE DON'T LIKE. the retailers at pyd want something more sophisticated, comprehensive and less cluttered. something is a call to action that is not too commercial whilst still enticing
