We sell managed farmland to investors who want to make an agricultural real estate investment. We manage the land on behalf of our investors. Our target audience are professionals (doctors, lawyers, managers) who are looking to make a investment in the agricultural sector. We currently offer 3 different projects: a walnut orchard, managed farmland with center pivot irrigation, and agricultural consulting services. In the future we will be adding cattle ranching & wine production.
What's your vision?
This ad is targeting professionals (doctors, lawyers, business people) in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay interested in making an agricultural investment. We are trying to convince them to invest in one of our agricultural projects. The target audience are people interested in agriculture investment. These are SPANISH speakers. This ad will drive traffic to a landing page for lead generation. The ad will be placed in Facebook & Instagram. You may submit an animated (video), a static banner, or a carousel ad, your choice. Normally for Facebook/Instagram ads less text is better. However, if you want to use some text in the ad, here are some suggestions: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Aoox0YQvpxMfECI5WkWla-Aeb33qydZBeR9TAkkkc9s/edit?usp=sharing Required concepts to use in the ad (use at least 1): (a) walnut orchard, (b) center-pivot irrigation, (c) agricultural consulting. Optional concepts (you may use or not use, as you prefer): (d) cattle ranching, (e) wine production . Do not use the company name or logo anywhere in the ad, each of our projects has different branding in each country where we advertise.
***IMPORTANT*** The winner will be chosen by Facebook A/B testing. I will put each ad submitted in a facebook dynamic creative ad set and do an A/B test for 24-48 hours and let the system choose the winner (the ad with the highest click-through rate). If several ads perform well I may decide to purchase multiple banners. I will share the results with all designers so you will know how well your ad performed. Remember, if you are going to participate in this contest you must be willing to let me test your ad for 24-48 hours. Facebook picks the winner, not me. Highest click-through-rate wins! The ad must conform to facebook ad guidelines: Resolution: at least 1,080 x 1,080px No more than 20% text in the ad
