Check out MattSimpson55's Banner ad contest…
Millennial Mindset is a website targeted at young professional (22years - 28years old). These people are highly successful, extremely smart, time poor but often in sedentary professions (this is for both males and females). I'm talking: - Junior to mid-level management consultants - Junior to mid-level investment bankers/ analysts/ - Trainee accountants - Successful young salespeople - Trainee to Graduate Lawyers - Intern to Registrar level doctors/medical students I will be covering (in a semi - Tim Ferriss, Dave Asprey, Mark Sisson style): - Nutrition: How to optimise for focus and performance at your chosen profession, to allow clarity of thought and greater cognition with reduced clouded thinking. Recipes and cooking instructions for fast, delicious and nutritionally balanced meals tailored to the outcome of the visitor. Uncommon teas, coffee blends and green smoothie recipies are also included! - Strength & Fitness: How to maximise the efficacy of workouts in the minimum amount of time to ensure strength and health. Six packs are a nice outcome but the focus is on lining up body with mind to create a system that functions to it's highest output. Pushing yourself in all walks of life is a true measure of success, these posts will elucidate a roadmap to fitness for those who feel in the dark and as if they 'just don't have time'. Supplementation: Different to typical athletic discussion on supplements this takes a holistic approach to focus on performance. This performance is defined as cognition, professional performance, creativity, health, athletic endurance and athletic explosion. Each is a different category with different goals and is guided by different desired outcomes. Some typical recommendation for increasing cognition on the straight-line end would be to take magnesium before bed and to have krill oil every morning (with explanation) and a higher-level (for the more adventerous) could be a nootropic such as CILTEP or Alpha Brain. Supplementation for heavy weight gain could include sauerkraut, whey protein isolate + Micellar Casein and L-Glutamine. How to wind down: The importance of shutting off the world, how to meditate to calm your mind, reduce stress, get more done and manage your business and personal relationships with perspective - from a place of growth and gratitude. Avoiding burn out, learning to appreciate being present and fighting the urge to 'go-go-go!' are essential to enjoying life as we go through it rather than always striving for the 'next thing' Finally Adventures in Investing: Setting Goals: (Phased/Tieredi.e. HAGs - Hairy Adventurous Goals to SMART investing goals) Philosophies for doing more with less My portfolio and how it is faring Exploration of different investments As said before roadmaps differ depending upon the desired outcomes.
What's your vision?
I want a really nice frontpage image to put the entire website in context similar to the way these do: http://bulletproofexec.com http://fourhourworkweek.com http://mesomorphworkout.com This is a one off product but if happy with the design then I will be contacting designers to produce infographics based off the specific roadmaps for certain kinds of 'common personas' that cover recommended nutrition, training, and supplementation risk profile (not everyone is happy with caffeine overloads). My thought was someone in a shirt or suit at a desk (obviously a young professional) with green smoothie in hand, obvious muscles, a supplement stack on a shelf and books stacked up. However this person is clealry kicking ass rather than being overwhelmed. (N.B. having just written that down - it sounds terrible - so feel free to throw that idea out of the window and give me something I couldn't have though of with my tunnel-vision brain. Use the previous section to build your design and surprise me!)
I have no real design experience. Wish I could be of more help!
